a. Hardware Cost:

Edyounet has tied up with certain hardware vendors who can buy the required hardware for you. We recommend this option since the enlisted hardware vendors have tested their products with our software. They also offer one full year after-sales technical support. Although, it is not mandatory that you buy from these vendors, these vendors will be able to offer you all the hardware at much lesser cost because of their wholesale bargain as compared to your single time purchase.

b. Software Cost

Software cost includes the set up charges for Virtual Server and client management softwares. All these set up will be offered from Edyounet including 100% technical support.

c. Set up cost

This cost includes the administrative cost both business and technical, initial advertisement charges, other legal and obligatory expenses etc.

d. Connectivity Cost

Internet is the back borne of this business. Excellent quality dedicated one-to-one internet leased lines will be laid till your TeleClassroom from the central hub. Edyounet will be responsible for the end to end data connectivity. All equipments and gadgets, wire connectivity, laying charges, provision and maintenance of the data line etc are executed by Edyounet. What are the monthly expenses?

The monthly expenses are of two types.

a. fixed expenses: Room Rent, Salary, Internet and Administration Charges etc

We assume and do prefer that you own the very premise of the TeleClassroom and is operated by you. Hence, the monthly rent and salary are not factored in (though these are considered tentatively for profitability calculation). This is also because the rent and salary are depending on the geographical area where the TeleClassroom is operational.

The major cost is in terms of Internet bandwidth charges. This internet charge is organized by Edyounet. The payment to be made by the TeleClassroom to Edyounet as Internet and Administration Charges in advance monthly payments.

b. variable expenses: Electricity & Telephone.

Electricity and Telephone costs etc can be managed by the Center owner and thus, these are also not factored in (though these are considered tentatively in calculating the profitability).

How is the technology managed?
We at Edyounet will manage the software side of the technology through internet within the cost mentioned as Internet & Administrative Charges. No extra cost will be levied on software management. Hardware maintenance cost will be negotiated by you with the hardware vendor.

Where can I start an Edyounet TeleClassroom franchisee?
The location for a TeleClassroom Franchisee will be selected by you but approved by Edyounet. This is for two reasons. One reason is that the feasibility of internet is to be ascertained prior to offering you the center. Number two, we need to ensure that your center will not encroach into the business vicinity of an existing center.

How to reach out to students?
Main advertisement campaigns are conducted by Edyounet. Local advertisement such as bit-notice circulations, local sms and IVR campaign etc need to be done by the TeleClassroom.

What courses are offered?
Edyounet is always cautious in offering the best education through its network. We always strive to ensure that renowned educational institutions are offering their courses through the TeleClassrooms. Whenever an Educational Institute is placed on the network, the TeleClassroom will be intimated and the course information will be made available to the TeleClassrooms at the earliest.

What are the modalities of collecting the fee?
The fee for the courses will be fixed by the educational institutes. The course information provided to to the TeleClassrooms will have all the details of the course contents and its fee structure.

What is the profitability of a TeleClassroom Franchisee?
Certain percentage of the fee collected from the students' will be the revenue of the TeleClassroom. On an average, this percentage is fixed at 30% unless specifically mentioned. From this 30% return, the TeleClassroom will pay off all the expenses and the remaining will be the profit of the TeleClassroom.
